What types of monograms do you offer?
We offer traditional, modern, and script-style monograms. Available options are shown on each product page. If you’re looking for something custom, feel free to reach out before ordering.
How do I enter my personalization details?
Personalization options such as font, thread color, and placement are selected directly on the product page. Any additional details or special requests can be added in the Customer Notes section at checkout.
Please double-check spelling and initials — we stitch exactly what is entered.
How should I enter my monogram initials?
Here’s a helpful guide:
• Traditional monogram: First LAST Middle
Mary Anne Smith → M S A
• Couple or married monogram: First LAST First
Mary & John Smith → M S J
If anything looks unclear, we’ll reach out before stitching.
Will I receive a proof before stitching?
We typically do not send proofs unless requested in the notes or if clarification is needed. If we reach out and do not receive a response, production may be delayed.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Each item is handmade to order, so placement and sizing may vary slightly depending on the garment, seams, and size. These small variations are part of the handcrafted charm.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard production time is 5–7 business days, not including shipping. Shipping times vary based on your location.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
How will my order ship?
Orders ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Policies
What is your return or exchange policy?
Personalized and custom items are final sale. If there is an issue due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once production begins, changes can no longer be made.

Yes — and it’s one very close to my heart. 💚
The name Swampbabies honors my late mother, who lovingly called my family “the Swampbabies” after we moved from a big city to a small town with just two stoplights. It’s a reminder of home, family, and finding joy in the simple things.
